Background: In order to offer successful assisted reproductive procedures, a variety of in vitro sperm preparation techniques were created separate normal and motile spermatozoa from other constituents the sample. Much research on laser as motility stimulant has been undertaken, results have indicated that Laser good effect activation improves progressive forward movement. Objective: This study is aimed identify differences by ISU with or without methods compare them. And detection oxidative damage DNA before after assessment 8-Hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHDG) biomarker. Patients Methods: The current was conducted 30 semen samples, divided into two groups (Asthenozoospermia Normozoospermia individuals), during period attendance at infertility clinic High Institute for Infertility Diagnosis Assisted Reproductive Technologies, Al-Nahrain University. From November 2021 until March 2022. Each sample separated three portions.
